Mapping mindfulness-based teaching skills
Welcome to the Mindfulness Teaching Skills Website. Here you will find information about the development of the Mindfulness-Based Interventions: Teaching Assessment Criteria (MBI:TAC) tool, the research that has been undertaken and is in progress and practical information about implementing the tool in research and practice settings.
The tool was collaboratively developed by teaching teams within the Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice at Bangor University, the Oxford Mindfulness Centre at Oxford University, and CEDAR at Exeter University. It was first published in 2012 and has been developed iteratively since then. Development is still in progress informed by practice and research.
